What is Tomato Paste ?
Tomato paste is a thick paste made from ripened organic
tomato with skin and seeds removed. Depending on its manufacturing conditions, it can be used to make either
ketchup or reconstituted tomato juice. Its most common culinary usage is as a pizza sauce base, but it is also used in small quantities to enrich the flavour of sauces, particularly tomato sauce. It is most commonly available in tin cans and squeeze tubes.
JONWEB's factory is
situated in Inner-Mongolia, the area in China where advanced
processing lines and technology for bulk packing tomato
paste were first used, and where Japanese-style techniques
for managing tomato paste production were first employed.
Taking advantage of the uniquely suitable geographic
location and natural conditions as well as the
professionalism of this tomato processing area, Jonweb
has established a factory with capacity to process 1,500
tons of fresh tomatoes per day for an annual output of up to
13,000 tons of tomato paste. All tomatoes come from our own
planting area, set up according to organic food standards,
which enables us to effectively control the cost and quality
of raw material.
The company has also introduced a fully automated
repacking line including a vacuum system, thick paste
high-speed filling machine, CPI cleaning system, and
automatic spray sterilizing machine. This line can have an
annual output of 10,000 tons.
In order to fully ensure the safety, hygiene, purity,
and quality of our final products, we have implemented a
strict quality management system including HACCP, ISO9002
and other relevant hygienic standards on raw material
collection and selection, processing, product sampling and
inspection, packaging and logistics.
Currently our main products are hot break and cold
break tomato paste of 28-30% Brix, 30-32% Brix and 36-38%
Brix, packed in 200L steel drums, 1000L wooden bins, or 70g,
210g, 400g, 800g, 2.2kg, 3kg, 4.5kg tins.
Our products have already been exported to areas
including America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and
Southeast Asia.
Our objective is to continue to focus on supplying
clients with superior products and service while constantly
building up long-term cooperative relationships with more
customers on a basis of mutual trust and mutual benefit. |
